An expert in Hotel systems and operations, Vikas’s current aim is to share his practical knowledge and experience gained throughout these years with the upcoming new talent, in various fields and help them become successful in their individual careers.
CEO of Global Hospitality Consultants , carries experience from building and setting up to commissioning and running of five star hotels. He has traveled across the world and served as the director in reputed hospitality chains like The Regent, Jaypee Group, Hotel Corporation of India, Piccadily, Hyatt Manesa and Ludiana, etc. He has to his credit the launch of the first international standard pizza chain of restaurants named McDowell's Pizza King in the country as CEO. He has also been the CEO of Rattan Mama and has handled consultant Hotels like Le Meridian, ITC and Oberoi. He is one of the most familiar faces in the Indian hospitality industry and brings with him a network of contacts within the industry.
Mr. Jessy Parihar, President and CEO of Revolution Group and Co founder of Waste 2 Bio fuel, Edmonton, Canada, is a well known hotelier, commercial real estate investor, land developer and investor in renewable energy who has been extensively contributing towards the development of hotel and automobile industry throughout Western Canada, for the last four decades. He is one of the pioneer stalwart of Hotel Industry throughout Canada, running a chain of 12 world-class Hotels in Canada.

Presently working as the Executive Director of World Trade Center India Services council & as the Joint President of 13+ WTC’s in India, Khair has been a member of the Global Board of WTCA for over a decade; along with being the Director for WTCA Foundation. She is the Vice Chair of the WTCA Executive Steering Committee, WTCA Business Club & the Vice Chair for the WTCA Agriculture Committee. She also an active representative of the Real Estate Committee and APAC Trade Services Committee & the Digital Committee.
Khair has worked with startups under the UN Sustainable program; where she has shortlisted more than 2000+ entries and provided access to global markets, funds & mentors for scaling up.
An enterprising professional with 19 years of sales, marketing , advertising, consulting, leadership and entrepreneurship experience with a global exposure of working in India, China, UAE and Canada ,an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad & MDP from IIM Ahmedabad, Yasharth qualified NCA, Canada in 2021.
He is the co – founder of a start- up based on a unique idea of re - commerce attaining an evaluation of 60 million USD by KPMG India for their exclusive fund raise mandate. Yasharth possesses a rich corporate and political experience and has held various prestigious positions including being a consultant to Mayor of Oakville, Canada, campaign consultant to deputy leader of his Majesty official opposition, Canada, ex- consultant and advisor to Chief Minister Punjab, ex- consultant to department of Information and Public Relation Punjab, campaign advisor to former Mos for external affairs, campaign strategist to Punjab National congress, Punjab, lead advisor for Punjab Lok Sabha elections 2019, Director Canada Hindu Chamber of Commerce and Director of Madhya Foundation to name a few.
