Accomplished MSc in Finance and Accounts from the London School of Economics (UK). Currently engaged in the family business, Victora Industries Pvt Ltd. In 2023, honored as a Rex Karamveer Awardee. Passionate about education and youth development, she joined the YFLO FICCI CSR Committee in the same year. The joy of contributing to children's education inspired her to establish a foundation aligned with our family values, fostering commitment and responsibility.
Cdr. Ashmeet Sidhu is a seasoned technocrat with 35+ years of experience in defense and aerospace. He has held leadership positions in both the Indian Ministry of Defence and leading European MNCs.
His expertise lies in strategic business development, naval systems procurement, and relationship building. He has successfully managed billion-dollar projects, led high-performing teams, and navigated complex international business environments.
Mr. Sidhu holds a diverse range of qualifications, including double M.Tech degrees and an MBA in Foreign Trade. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, with basic French proficiency.
In a career span of more than 19 years, Dr. Himanshi Tiwari has worked as a consultant in the social sector and has handled monitoring and evaluation programs for World Bank, Oxfam & Care India. She was also a member of the team which prepared training modules for CAPART (Council for Advancement of People's Action and Rural Technology) and the JFM (Joint Forest Management) project for the Forest Department, Lucknow.
She has been a visiting faculty with the University of Lucknow to teach courses in MHRM & IR, Department of Social Work. She has been a resource person for executive training programs for organizations like NTPC, IFFCO, NBCC, UCO Bank, Power Grid, Hindustan Times and BFIN Nepal etc.
