Assistant Professor Anuti is a hotel management graduate and is pursuing her MBA. She has 8 years of good hotel & hospital experience with brands like Sarovar, Crown Plaza, Leela Palace, Max Hospitals & Aveo by Amatra in the Housekeeping and guest Service departments.
A first-class post-graduate in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University (SMU), a first-class post-graduate in Master Of Tourism Management(MTM) from IGNOU & a first class four years graduate in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from MJP Rohilkhand University Bareilly Uttar Pradesh with an overall 18 years of industry & teaching experience. Worked with The Lalit Group of Hotels New Delhi, College of Hotel & Management Studies Greater Noida, Worked with A-IHM Greater Noida as an F&B Service lecturer. Assistant Professor (F&B Service And Accommodation operation) in IEC Group of Institution Greater Noida (AKTU).Worked as Assistant Professor with Delhi Technical Campus (IP University) Greater Noida in Food And Beverage Service. Worked with DIHM - Lajpat Nagar New Delhi.

She has experience working in Preopening hotels. She has conducted various workshops on etiquette and grooming. She also had been an auditor for customer satisfaction in Titan Tanishq and MOM and ME. Her specialization is in Communication, Spoken English, and Accommodation operations.
Chef Vikas Verma is a Post Graduate MBA (Hotel & Tourism Management) from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, and completed a Specialization certificate course in Indian Tandoori Cuisine from Food Craft Institute Udaipur (Ministry of Tourism. Govt. of India) has more than 16 years of academic and industrial experience. His core specialization in the hospitality industry is Food and Beverage Production but he has also been associated with Accommodation Operations and Front Office. Worked with the HRH Group of Hotels, Udaipur, Radisson Plaza Resort & Spa Udaipur, Majorda Beach Resort & Spa Goa, Best Western Goa and La-Calypso, Casino Pride group of Hotels Goa and in academics SRM University, Delhi NCR campus, Ghaziabad, SRM Institute of Hotel Management (NCHM), Modinagar and also associated with Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. He has conducted several industry-related workshops and has published a study on the impact of front-office management on customer satisfaction in the hotel business.
